Not coming

I promise I will post a pic of my Christmas cards soon - thanks everybody for your interest. This is Monty on our walk today (the 8th) refusing to move. It's such a shame as it's a lovely walk down by the river but he does not like it and really lets me know! It took us ages. If I'd included his stocky little legs you would see that they are braced against the lead!
Dog lovers out there please excuse the grubby ears!

Love it, those hard done by eyes. Why doesn't he like it. Our last dog would not walk by a stretch of field, we had to cross over and come back to that side about 50yds up the road, I could never fathom out why. Fav.

@jennywren I don't know - my theory is that he knows he can't go off lead or play hoops along there but if I join the river further up he's fine!
