@judyc57 jason went to china this year with 34 other teachers from around the country who were nominated from the teacher's union as global learners. he was so proud to have earned that recognition since it came from fellow teachers and students. i am not sure how this nomination comes about. i do know he is one- of -three being considered. he teaches middle school english and latin and has a paperless classroom, very unusual for around here. he just earned his phd in education, too, so he is one busy man.
