Mom's Perfect Pie Crust

Thinking of my mother today as I made this pie crust. It's one of the few things she taught me how to make. She had 10 kids and usually shooed us out of the kitchen when she was cooking.

Good for you. My kids and I were just talking how I used to make homemade pies. I promised on for Christmas. I may have to practice as I haven't make one in 25 years. I'm so bad. Good for you making pies.
