Go into the "Wilderness" and you will find . . . telephone poles! So odd to see these on North Manitou Island, which is a designated wilderness. However, people did used to live here long ago. We leave our traces everywhere, don't we?
@adambralston Yes, I think they're worth something, but I wasn't willing to get a million splinters shinnying up the poles to get them! HA! Also, it's illegal. :)
