much to my surprise I think I have underestimated grief. this really hit me.

@jackies365 I’m sorry, Jackie. I still completely lose my sh*t several times per week (in private) for no “obvious” reason. I think people would be shocked if they could see inside of me - how I’ve been absolutely gutted. Nothing is right anymore. :(

@juliedduncan I pray you eventually get some relief. I see some of what you are talking about in your posts here. I wouldn't pretend to completely understand. I do care though.
