A salute to our ozzy neighbours.. Found these Flowering Gum flowers while out on a drive about today, quickly hopped out of the car and picked a few so that I could photograph them at home where there was no wind.. love the gum nuts as well...
The gum tree is Australian as Aussie as can be
And there's no more Australian than the Eucalyptus tree
They have been in Australia perhaps since life began
Thousand and thousand of years before coming of man....
