A big day watching my two eldest Grandaughters running in the District School finals. This is held at a small Rural school in the area, so it is a true Cross Country, with going over the farm land and through the very muddy gateway's and as you see in the bottom left loosing shoes in the muc both the girls ran in bare feet so that they did not have the problem.. pretty dirty when the finished but loved it.. Both improved on their placing last year so pretty pleased with that..
A great series of shots - looks pretty challenging and muddy. I love the one of the kid carrying the shoe that had been retrieved from the mud! Well done to the girls on improving their placings from last year. Fav.
