Called into the Botanical Gardens today on my way back from town.. I have always admired this sculptor ( this is just the top 3rd) as it was made by a local engineer.. It is copper and has water trickling down both sides.. So it looks as though the seagulls have claimed it as theirs and was using it for his daily bath..
