Camellia 'Congratulations'

Today the Garden Circle that I belong to celebrated it's 27th Birthday with a lovely lunch at a Garden Centre.. A friend and I started this group so as to share a common interest with the local ladies of our small farming community, .. This Camellia was aptly named
