Hoods landing..

I took a quick trip down to the river this morning to see the sunrise.. I was such a beautiful morning so calm and peaceful.. just the odd plop and splash of the Carp and birds..
This is the Waikato River which is the longest river in NZ.. and it starts at Taupo where @andreajoy lives and end just a little west of here and empties into the Tasman Sea..
