Manukau Head Lighthouse..

Today I played 'Tour Guide'.. I was surprised to hear that my Sister who lives locally and her daughter who has lived away for some years but neither of them had ever seen this local icon that is the Manukau Heads Lighthouse... that stands proud on the Southern point of the Manukau Peninsula..
They were suitably impressed ... and vowed they will explore the area a bit more.. Always check out your own back yard first..
