Back to another South Island shots... This was the day we went to Poolburn it was a real adventure.. We drove for sometime on these narrow shingle roads through a very rocky landscape and were very surprised when we finally popped up over a hill and there was Poolburn Dam that was surrounded by several really quaint Fishermen's huts ... If you look in this shot you may see a hut hiding in the rocks and a short distance away a little 'Longdrop'..
