Cochrans Road ... by julzmaioro

Cochrans Road ...

This was the view when we looked to the right from yesterday's photo... http://365project.org/julzmaioro/365.. This is looking out to the Tasman Sea and if you look very carefully you may get a glimpse of Australia and some of our fellow 365ers on the East Coast...
You can see some red in the tree's which are Pohutukawa's the blue is agapanthus... The hills are looking a little brown as we have had very little rain in the past 6 weeks...
Such a neat view. Fav

A beautiful scene. I'd love to return to NZ at this time of year to see the Pohutukawas in bloom. Mine hasn't bloomed as well this year, but it has amazing bunches of aerial roots :)

@deborah63 It is a very tempting drive.. but you get to the bottom of the hill and it is a dead end ... but you could take a walk across the paddocks...to our wonderful Wild West Coast..
