Our roadsides are ablaze with the beautiful Montbretia ( Crocosmia) at the moment.. They are regarded as a bit of a weed similar to agapanthus.. These ones are growing against the roadside fence of our farm so thought I had best get a shot while the are in full colour. This one seems to be a slightly different colour to the usual orange that you see in the background..
You have some lovely weeds! This will be a blaze of happy colour! I don’t consider any flower to be a weed, they are all flowers..why are some weeds, it beats me!
