Happy Easter to you all, I hope you are having a nice Easter break.. Good Friday morning has me making Hot Cross Buns, in fact this is the third batch I have made.. Made a batch each for my Son and Daughter and then these ones for us and anyone who will call in.. Was pleased with the way they turned out..

The hot cross buns look very professional Julz! I think they would take a bit if making! Lovely Easter display. I bet you e plenty of Easter eggs in your shops! We have none left! Everyone is stuck at home munching chocolate!
