Having got in trouble on the family Christmas eve gathering for not having made a pavlova .. I often do a cheat version.. a rolled pav, but this time I did the real McCoy.. A recipe of my SIL that turns out pretty darn good.. Crunchy on the outside and marshmallowy in the middle.. decorated with fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and cornflour..
I know this might start a discussion on who first started the pav.. but...
