A PJ shot from this morning .. pre sunrise.. As I got out of bed, this was the view out of the kitchen window. FG suggested I should put on a jersey but I could see I had no time for that.
The fog was skimming over the flats below us but the tops of the tree's were showing.
I am always amazed as to how the zoom lens condenses the view. We are on the West Coast just South of Auckland and that pointy hill is Mt TeAroha which would be around 2.5 hours drive away..
