Perimeter Patrol

"Don't ever take a fence down until you know the reason why it was put up." (G.K. Chaesterton) This fence was put up in the Home Depot parking lot to expand their garden center for the upcoming Spring sale. Last year the sale was cancelled but, evidently, this year the sale will go on.
