@joansmor King Oscar brand packs small sardines. Look for 'double layer' or the number of sardines on the label. I've been eating KO sardines for years. The more sardines in the can the better the taste and texture. But also the higher the price.
It's funny that you, down under the equator, are showing something in "Louisiana Hot sauce." It's a nice photo despite your distaste for them. Personally, I like them in ketchup or tomato sauce. None of that hot sauce for me. I hope you found someone who does like them.
