Well done - looks great.

That would have been so good - an achievement like this in this day and age!

Isn't it magic?

Back to the future, Kali. It would be sad if the art of film disappeared forever. I hope you get some of the figs before the birds gobble them up.

Enjoy rediscovering film!

Are you picking up the spanner baton?

I got banned from homebrewing, so odds of developing film probably low. I will watch with interest.

All I can think is, "a fig would be really nice right about now."
January 3rd, 2017
Well done - :-)

@brigette yes , and try to restrain my penchant for fiddling in post processing !

@scotthouston have long admired Spanner's work and that of a few others that enjoy it, check out the film-lives tag

@francoise i hope we get some sun to ripen them when the time comes

@ethelperry i can share with the birds, but if a possum takes a fancy to them they eat them green!

@ingrid2101 i haVE put a few more up on flickr, and will keep doing so in batches, will be pleased to get any comments from you there, there were a few very overexposed, but i was putting a lot of thought into it so most of the roll worked out well,

Lovely! The textures really come out in this.

@chris667 thankyou, i took a few of these , do you post process your film shots at all? i think sometimes they benefit from a levels adjustment for true black...these fig leaves did when i tried it.
January 10th, 2017
@kali66 I don't know much at all about the digital side of photography; it wasn't really a thing when I started, and then I had a big break. I have a lot to learn!
January 10th, 2017
@chris667 less is more probably, i am learning to go with the flow as regards how the film shots come out, in my digital work i tend to take too many shots and then agonise over the composition and sharpness etc. I enjoy the fact that with digital you have to weigh it all up before you press the shutter then i only have one or two shots to choose between!
