My challenge for today was ' my favourite pie' - wow a difficult one as I do love pies (I know they are not good for you with all that pastry) but in moderation I do have them from time to time. If I could only choose one then it would be apple, followed by rhubarb, then steak and kidney.....gosh I am really going to have to make one now!
