if you look carefully you can see Maxine's pouch (which of course is different to being pregnant) Thank you for the many wonderful comments on my photos
@laurieewilson I so get what you mean - Maxine is like the perfect looking beautiful koala that make humans want to reach out and cuddle. She would leave you with serious injuries in truth as wild koalas totally panic if you attempt to pick them up and those teeth and claws .... still the desire rises when we see photos like this :)
A fabulous capture of this very pretty koala. She does look like a cuddly toy but I'm happy to see her and her friends from a distance. I'd love to see wild koalas through my own camera/binoculars one day but in the meantime I'll enjoy your pictures.
@susiemc when you come to Adelaide you will be able to see and hold a koala. You might even get to see them in the wild. We have them in our garden at certain times of the year.
