You can guess which one is the silver eye :)
What a month it has been watching this bird bath so closely - another bird species I had not seen here before! This silver eye is sitting with a white cheeked honeyeater, I hadn't seen these birds before this month either.
Thank you for the lovely messages of concern regarding the fires - 168 fires across my state alone just now.

Oh wow, well done silver eyes aren't easy to photograph because they move so quick. We have them here but I have never been able to take a photo of one yet.

The fire situation is getting worse isn't it. Like you, we haven't got any fires too close to where we live but today has been so smoky again.
