There was a pep rally tonight for my kids' swim club as they are all off to Victoria this weekend for the Vancouver Island Regional Championship meet. Only the best on the island get to go. So, there will be more swimming pictures uploaded after the weekend.
In this shot the kids were practicing their relay skills so you can see the one swimmer has hit the wall and the next is diving in. I've always to get feet like this. It could be a bit sharper but, overall, I'm quite pleased.
I finally got a chance to check out Picmonkey and I made a collage of the event. I've put it in my "extra" album if you want to check it out too.
Zoe, I was standing on the diving board directly beside the swimmers which gave me a great perspective and one I'd usually never get. During meets the board is removed and I never really take pictures during practices but this was a special one and the coach asked me to come.
