Not the most exciting of shots, but I'm tired. I had my first day back at school after two weeks of Spring Break, then checked in at the house and then took the son to his first spring league soccer practice tonight. The alarm is set for 5:10am so I can drive the 5 kid crew to the pool. I miss Spring Break already!!!!
I feel your pain, it is very hard to get back to it after a break. Count yourselves lucky our Spring Break is only a week, I so wish they would take some time from summer and give a little bit more to the other breaks, they never seem long enough.
@sianipops In my district, the teachers have three professional development days the last week of August and then we always wrap spring break after the easter long weekend so we get 10 school days off in total. In my sister's district, the kids go to school an extra 8 minutes a day (or something like that) to account for the time.
Ooh we've just been scoffing some of these today!! Yum. Love the pov and colours on this. Count down to summer break now then? Ours are still off until next Monday.
I have a desktop gumball machine (good size) metal frame and glass top. I bought it at a thrift store one day for $3 about 2 years ago. I still havent gotten around to putting actual gumballs in it.
@orangecrush@ruthmouch Yep, 5:10 comes quick when you turn off the light at 10:30!! I get up then, make my daughter a bagel and drive in my PJs. We pick four kids up along the way and I'm back home about 6:00. Sometimes I go back to bed but I had to work today so I just stayed up.
