Iron

My little man is getting an IV infusion of iron right now. For those who are new followers, he was recently diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. He's been through a lot of nasty, painful stuff the past three and a half months. His iron is lower than it should be so this should boost him up and improve his colouring and energy level. The process takes 3 hours so I took this with my phone and then played around with some funky sketch processing.

Nice catch of the feel of what you're going through. It's hard to take photos of the down sides of life.
I'm sorry to hear what you and your family have been going through. It difficult seeing your kids in pain and the disappointments that come with being pulled out of their normal life because of it.

Oh that is really sad to hear, poor poor kid, I´m hoping him the best, he really seems to be very good kid. I like the edit, it somehow seams to fit the sentense "improve his colouring and energy level" ; it´s like this is the beginning and when the treatment is finished, he´ll be in colours again.

Our neighbors son has dealt with this. My cousin has Chrons disease. So I
am aware of how hard this is for him. :0(
