My little man is getting an IV infusion of iron right now. For those who are new followers, he was recently diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. He's been through a lot of nasty, painful stuff the past three and a half months. His iron is lower than it should be so this should boost him up and improve his colouring and energy level. The process takes 3 hours so I took this with my phone and then played around with some funky sketch processing.
Love the processing and I hope the infusion helps him get his energy level up. That UC is a nasty painful disease... Best of luck to him and to you all!
Poor bud. How hard for both of you to go through this. Praying that the infusion helps as it should and that he feels more normal and himself soon! Hugs! Great cool process here.
Wonderful processing on this photo! Sorry for your son's colitis .... not nice, but hopefully now that you know what it is you'll be able to manage it much better.
It's tough for a young lad to have to go through this, but it will give him a real boost and hopefully you to.. Hope the New year is a better on for you..
Nice catch of the feel of what you're going through. It's hard to take photos of the down sides of life.
I'm sorry to hear what you and your family have been going through. It difficult seeing your kids in pain and the disappointments that come with being pulled out of their normal life because of it.
Oh that is really sad to hear, poor poor kid, I´m hoping him the best, he really seems to be very good kid. I like the edit, it somehow seams to fit the sentense "improve his colouring and energy level" ; it´s like this is the beginning and when the treatment is finished, he´ll be in colours again.
Ah such a condition to have at his age......know a lot with it and it can't be easy for him or yourselves. I wish him well in his treatment. Great processing.

am aware of how hard this is for him. :0(
