Busy day... 1.5 hr bike ride, half hour swim, a few Pilates for the arms and a session of catch with Gage. A trip to the hospital and medical daycare for my third and final iron infusion (I'm anemic) and then a baseball game to watch. I made the mistake of a fast food burger for dinner and now I have a gut ache and am going to bed. Good thing I shot this sailboat this morning. Many boats pass by but not often with such pretty sails.
