@maggiemae The liquid can be used three ways... internally, topically or aromatically depending on the condition you're using it for. My son has sleeping issues so I apply a couple of drops of Serenity to the bottom of his feet nightly (the biggest pores are there) and also diffuse it beside his bed. The Digestzen one works for all things tummy related so if I'm aching I rub 3-4 drops on my abdomen for relief. I use Purify in my "whites" laundry to remove that musty smell damp towels get. And I drink lemon water all day long. It's so good for you! Balance is one of my favourite and I apply to my feet each morning and to my wrists. It helps with feelings of anxiety/stress. I could go on and on. I love them! I believe Geranium is good for the heart. Just google "doterra heart health" and I bet you'll find all kinds of info. I like that they are simply plant extracts - no chemicals, fillers or dyes.
Beautiful set up- oh,I've just order from vitacost.com- lemon,(I add few drops w/massage oil)-patchouli-as room freshener)and oregano(anti microbial). Love the "deep blue"u gave me for my back pain- I'll order that after i finished my "BioFreeze".oh i love the video:)
