My first proper canvas is up! I did NOT take this group shot. A very talented local photographer named Erin Wallis took it last December when my sister and her kids were here from Australia to celebrate the holidays. My parents and younger sister along with her husband and two kids are also in the shot. It took me a year but I got a 24" x 36" canvas made and put it up the day we took all our Xmas decorations down! We gave my parents a smaller version to them for Christmas.
Today is the last day of 2015... wow, it went fast! I hope you all had a great year and an even better 2016.
you know you could've done a photograph just as good as that one. still, it's a wonderful family photograph. you have a nice home. happy new year, kim!
Fabulous image ... but like @summerfield says ... you could have done that just as well ... However, it's fantastic, as is your lounge! Bye bye 2015, Hello 2016!
Xmas decorations are already down and packed? We keep them up to 6th January, sticking to tradition, that is Epiphany. Well done for the canvas and the lovely shot.
The perfect spot & the perfect house for a canvas this large! It is so impressive on the wall. We had a canvas done of our family a good few years ago but there is always someone who doesn't like their photo. A very Happy New Year Kim to you & yours!
Happy New Year Kim!
