Diary Shot

This is by no means a stellar image but I want to remember the day a giant humpback whale swam by the property only a few feet from our low tide beach. He was moving extremely slowly with no dramatic tail flips unfortunately and he didn't come out of the water much so my photos are rather boring. This was the best of the bunch.
It's an awesome memory, and I love the mountains peeking out over the forest in the background.

A photo of a whale is not that interesting - its mainly videos if you have the capability with your camera! But to have one right in front of you must have been so exciting!

Fav for me just because I love the story behind it, whales are amazing. I try to incorporate as much of my life in my 365 as I can because at the end of the day the most important memories captured are what you really want to see.
