I feel like I've lost my photomojo... I know it will return but I'm uninspired at the moment. Here's a rather pathetic shot of some car part in my husband '67 Chevelle.
But it's a 67 Chevelle - how can you not be inspired! Or is that just a boy thing?
i like the red from the logo and the engine bay, and the silver filter. It's good KWind!
I really like the basic colour combo and your point of view. But I know what you mean about the mojo as I'm feeling a bit the same way at the moment also.
I know what you mean -- I was feeling particularly uncreative and just taking pictures of stuff to get a shot off and then today I ended up with two shots that I am very happy with. Hang in there and the mojo will return.
It is good to have some balance, sometimes your photos are just mind blowing, it's exhausting! You're right, it will be back and you will feel inspired again. It must be more about how you feel about it, this is a fun "part" shot, a lot of great colour and drama.
Looks like the air cleaner. Wow, amazing how your husband keeps the car spotless - I envy him, mine is always dirty outside and inside. I hope I could take shots like this if I lose my photomojo.
Understand the feeling. Just beginning to get mine back! But there are many great things about this shot despite the fact you are uninspired. Focus is spot on. Nice composition and color. Just keep shooting.
Drooling, I love a good muscle car! I have had a few over the years. 72 gto 2002 Mustang Gt and a 81 Z-28, now I have a 4 cylinder Mazdaspeed 3 that's modified that will out run most of the old ones. the 396 was an Iconic motor! Beautiful capture now I want to see the car....lol

Personally I really like this shot, lovely colours, good choice for the depth of field. Some car part, lol.
