My Polar Bear

My crazy husband went for a dip in the ocean to mark the new year. He tried to get me in but I just couldn’t do it. I went into my shins and my legs went numb. That was enough for me.

In my town on Lake Erie, they had to move volleyball sized ice balls out of the way to do the Polar Bear dip. I did not go in. Brrr!!!

Very popular. It is said to boost the body's immunity. You have to go in quickly and keep moving. I know this from my "morsy" friends (that's what we call it). But I choose your option and stay on the warm couch.
