I did not take this... it's a selfie taken by my amazing husband who is working in Saskatoon today in -43 degree cold weather. He is in the process of framing a 60 unit apartment. He and his crew seem to work in anything!! Look at his eyelashes!! He's my hero!
So cold! A bit scary. Wow- I cannot even imagine how that must feel. Cool photo, pardon the pun, though a slightly worrisome one to send home! (if we go below freezing here ever it's a big deal, let alone sooo far below.)
Oh my giddy aunt.... that is seriously cold. Poor chap, I hope he thawed out soon after. I can't imagine such cold though friends who ski tell me of frozen water on eyeballs and ice inside nostrils.......brrrrrruurrrr!
@lesip I was wrong. He got the temperature from the weather network site, not his actual phone. I thought for sure he had shown me a temperature app he had that did that. I've changed the write up.
OH, my goodness. . .now I'm especially glad that you got to take that lovely warm climate vacation! Gracious. . .tell him to stay warm whenever he can!
he is like my husband!! works in ANY WEATHER! mine works for a power company. Rain,blizzard, wind, it dont matter, he is up a pole repairing the electricity to all!! fantastic shot here! it sure looks cold!
