I'm hoping that no one will be offended by the title of my new journals...I wanted somewhere to express my disappointment and negativity (and not be tempted everyday to rant on Facebook!) When I saw these on Amazon, I had to have them. Wreck This Journal is a fun concept (wish I had thought of it) of not doing things perfectly. And Let It Go is acknowledging the negative to find the positive. And, as always, I'm reminded that the 365 community is my beacon of positivity - thanks to you all ♥

Ah, Lin. There are probably more of us than you know that have the same thoughts and feelings! No judgment here for sure and I applaud you for trying to focus on the positive instead of the negative in life. It’s been proven that the more upbeat your attitude the more upbeat your life so you are headed in the right direction for sure!
niice! I have a former version of Keri Smith's journal, though I never managed to wreck it properly... But I have no issues with writing in books. I am not destroying them, but I don;t mind writing in them.
And yes, go ahead, and leave the bullsh*t behind. I highly recommend Mark Mason's 'The subtle art of not giving a f*ck' It's all about letting irrelevant sh*t go.
Nice! You still go to FB? LOL! I don't go there. I like this place with NO politics - just good people and great pics. If 365 turns into FB, I'll just have to go elsewhere.
I admire you for acknowledging what you have to let go of. Never thought of writing it in a book - I normally write it on paper, and release it by either burn or bury or allow it to float away in the ocean
Yeah, probably could live without the second TITLE but (underline that BUT), the goal you are trying to reach with it is an excellent one so on that I'm with you 100%! I think everyone struggles with this at times and have found that a lot of the negativity can be avoided by avoiding others who promote it like mass media. So bravo on your positivity goal!!
