Lunched with a friend today at Loveless Cafe, famous for their southern cooking. The photo on their wall is in honor and memory of Carol Fay Ellison. She started out at the cafe as a dishwasher, but soon proved to be an excellent cook. Her biscuit recipe made her famous - she was on the Today Show and made several appearances on the Food Network. Sadly, she died in 2010 at the age of 48. Her fame lives on at the Loveless!
