Ooooo...great shot but I'm not very fond of the subject. Still, I like her colours and the fact that you captured her shininess. That's one good and the ONLY good thing about winter - the spiders are frozen. ;-)

Haha! Loved your comment about them being outside. There's one currently in our bathroom that is too high for me to reach...waiting for it to come down, take photo, and get Jim to get rid of it! This one actually looks sort of cute.

Oh I love this capture, is it a jumping spider? It looks a bit like it. Have you every seen the Australian Peacock spider - it is the most amazing arachnid, and he really knows how to impress the ladies.........men take note!
