@if1 it is a beautiful spot-very crowded during the summer as you can imagine, but the fall-it's all ours

@mgbio the best time of the year as far as I'm concerned. I live in a tourist area. Our economy depends on them, but boy are we glad to see them go-they sit in traffic to get here, while their here and when they make their mass exodus-I am happy to wait until October to reclaim what is rightfully ours!

@lizzybean I hear you! My Aunt & Uncle own a shore house in tourist country. While going down in season is nice, my favorite time to go down is September; when it is still warm and the tourists are all gone!
