The Santa Ana winds have been blowing, so a little tricky getting a flower in focus! My husband and I usually build a gingerbread house during Christmas week and this year we’re hoping it will be a mid century modern design! Last night we cut the patterns out of cardboard that we then used to cut the dough that we baked. We now have piles of gingerbread shapes that we can glue together with royal icing!
The little white spots look to be "inner lights" in these flowers. So pretty. I love it that you and Husband build gingerbread houses together during the holiday. I hope we get to see a picture of the completed work.
