My grandfather, grandmother and uncle. My grandfather was a seaman on Swedish ships his whole life starting as a just a small boy. He met my grandmother at a Swedish port when they were 16 and kept in contact by writing letters. They later met in New York and got married. My father was the 3rd of 4 sons.
We had many fantastic meals at this house in Queens and I’ll never forget this wonderful woman!
