Water, water everywhere. Another 1.25" of rain yesterday afternoon and 2.75" early this morning. The area in Sunday's photo is not accessible today, all of the roads are under water now. This morning the water flow was 17,100 cfs. When I took this photo it was down to 13,600 cfs.
