In spite of the shimmering summer scene outside my window, I was not a happy cookie! Dealing with internal upsets, plus a new wound and pain from another carcinoma removal and the leg wound healing on hold!
To be thankful for:
Tomorrow all will be fine!
i just love those huge yellow roses! beautiful weather. hope you're better, did you have some kind of procedure? if you were near me, i'd be taking care of you.♥
@summerfield You are very sweet, Vikki! I have had two Squamous Cell Carcinoma removed and one required a skin graft which has caused problems for nearly 9 weeks. John learnt how to cook, garden and concentrate!
Oh no, Maggiemae! Sorry to hear you are having a bad day when it looks so pretty outside. I had better go see my doctor about a couple of sun damage spots after your ordeal!
Also, the news is so sad about the volcano eruption and loss of life on White Island. There was an American couple who were on their honeymoon cruise. They are part of the fortunate ones for surviving the eruption behind some rocks. The wife has burns on 20% of her body and her husband has burns on 80% of his...what a way to start their marriage...not the honeymoon they had hoped for.
Oh dear maggie, so sorry to hear of your troubles....the last thing you want to go through after your last one....not healed up from that one yet...you must feel fed up! Lucky you have something pretty to look at while you are resting up.
Such a pretty garden....hope you have some good books! Thinking of you.

Must be lovely to sit outside and watch the roses grow
