Leash Law by mamabec

Leash Law

This sign is posted just after you enter this development of at least 100 buildable lots. I suppose it's a sign that is either going to make people happy or turn them away. Regardless, it was one of the first things you see before seeing any homes. It's right off Hwy 101 and actually there are some very nice homes built in there ... maybe 20. The development sits on a lake and has some fantastic sunset views. The sign kind of tickled my funny bone.
Wow! Like the way you captured this but wish the Rhodes were in bloom!

Guess I'll have to go back in the Spring to get the Rhody's in bloom!

Wow they are strict I guess. It is like that here to some degree but they also have many off leash dog parks in the city

Well . . great find! Interesting. I wonder if this applies to all of the home owners or to people who are living in the area and are walking their dogs. Looks like a permanent sign too. Oh my. :)

Great name for a suburb. Nice take

Koshi will love the misuse of a word on the sign!

This one tickled me too (and not just the grammar nazi part of me). :)

@jinximages
Based on the photo, having a leash on a dog will not satisfy the leash law.

@mamabec No, no - I get that... someone has said, "I know, let's add a 'no [containment]' in red over the top of the dog on the leash!", because everything looks more official with a red line through it. ;) Haha! But the "inforced" part took me from "smiling" to "chuckling". And then the wording itself: This is no dog run. Apparently they couldn't fit a 't' and an 'a' in there to make it "not a", but at least the big red circle and line makes up for it! Some people should not be allowed out in public.

Wonder if you can take a dog with no leash as long as it doesn't run?!
