After church today, our small study group went to Yachats (pronounced yaaa-hots) to the Adobe for brunch. Afterwards, I asked the couple who gave me a ride to stop by this family spot so I could toss in three yellow roses. This is where we have put the ashes of my dad, my mom and our dog Madison. The tide was coming in and I have a HEALTHY fear of sneaker waves, so I wasn't able to get as close to the water as I would like. It was a day of remembering my parents and a blessed Easter celebrating the One who is risen.

It isn't B&W - it was a gray day and there wasn't ant color to capture... But it was a great day.
