Today I say thank you... to those who have served our country and to those who sacrificed and their families who lost a friend or loved one.
Thank you to my husband Don for his service in Vietnam as a combat corpsman with the Marine Corps, for my oldest son Ben who served with the Air Force during Desert Storm and for my brother Tim who served during the conflicts during and after Vietnam and is retired Air Force.
My grandfather and his brother, my great uncle thank you from the great beyond. I'd also like to thank my nephew for his service now, while stationed in North Carolina in the Navy.
It's always good to remember with gratitude.
