Our family is split ... one son and family are Oregon Duck fans and the other son and family are USC Trojan fans. I am a PAC-12 fan unless the Ducks and Trojans are playing each other ... then I am a Duck fan! This will make for an interesting day Saturday when this yearly game happens. We will all get together and cheer out teams on! Go Ducks!
@gerry
I'm not so much of a fan of PRO football - I love how the college teams play with so much heart and I keep reminind myself that they are just "kids". I REALLY love going to the football games but we sold our season tickets this year because of our move to Seattle (five hours away from the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon). We knew we wouldn't be making the drive down for the games this year, but I miss going to them. Today is a big game for us (not just for our team but for our family). My DIL graduated from USC, so one son and family are USC fans and the other son and family are Duck fans. We will all get together tonight (4PM), wearing our team colors and watch the football game together and have a potluck dinner. The house will be filled with six adults and four children cheer their teams on to victory. Go Ducks! On a side-note ... if you look up www.goducks.com you will see that we have the most fun college mascot there is ... our mascot is Donald Duck from Disney. ...and this duck is so much fun to watch and always makes me laugh.

Thanks Gerry --- do you watch college football? If you do, who do you root for?
It was a fun night of carving with two of my granddaughters.
