@allie912
I have wanted to restart my project for some time now. We moved from the Oregon Coast to the Seattle area in 2012 and ever since that move it's been hard for me to recapture my photo mojo. I was spoiled by the ocean and surrounding areas of nature in Oregon. Now that I live in the suburbs of Seattle I feel I have to go find something to shoot. My DIL @rachdbo has been my inspiration to just do it and to even do it with my iPhone if that's all I have when out and about.

On another note, I reread your bio and I too was a school librarian. Middle schoolers for 16 years. Then the move to Oregon where I ventured into a different line of work: Communications Specialist for a healthcare facility ... A hospital/medical center. I got to write, publish a quarterly magazine for the community, published all the patient brochures, editor of weekly web-based employee newsletter and maintained the organizations website. Now I am retired and loving every minute of it!
@mamabec How interesting to make a career change and a life change at the same time! I am eligible to retire but still enjoy my profession and job too much to quit. School provides much of my inspiration for taking pictures.
Thanks for asking. It a hydrangea bloom.
