After 5 full days of hot sweaty construction work, we were rewarded with some amazing Louisiana food. I've been craving crawfish forever and these hit the spot! Then we went to the French Quarter for a couple of hours and topped it off with beignets at Cafe du Monde. Heaven can't be better than that.
