@gennywren - CSA stands for "community supported agriculture". We subscribe to the group and receive a box of whatever is harvested on a local organic farm each week. Sort of like having shares in the farm. I've learned about what's in season and how to cook lots of things I never would have chosen at the grocery. Plus it's comforting to know where it comes from. We have a pick-up location at our church.
