Those were old law books, still wrapped in plastic from shipment. Most of what they have is documents in boxes (see the other side of the aisle), but they also have everything from film (in cold storage) to maps and photos. This is just south of Atlanta. They keep the majority of documents from several surrounding states. It was very impressive!
