My hubby loves corned beef; I'm not a huge fan. Some kind of citrus on top?

@ceci Yes, oranges. plus some aromatic veggies, peppercorns, couple of cloves, a handful of brown sugar, and a little water. Then wrap tightly twice and bake at 300 for 3 or 4 hours. I saute up some thinly sliced cabbage with shredded carrots and gr onions, then top that with a butter/mustard/pecan mixture. @4giraffes I think most people boil it.
